General English focuses on the 4 main areas of language learning – listening, reading, writing and speaking – to develop the student’s confidence in the English language. Teachers develop lessons that are practical and context orientated, based on the needs and goals of the students. In the classroom, lessons focus on student interaction and involvement while teachers provide constant feedback and support in the use of the language.

Students who complete General English have the confidence and ability to use their language skills in a variety of useful situations, including academic, business, travel and multinational environments.
