Courses - English for High School

St. Augustine'sThis course is especially designed to prepare overseas students with the English language skills required to enter and study at an Australian high school. The course focuses on the study and cultural survival skills necessary for academic and social success at high school. In addition, students are encouraged to develop as independent and active learners of English.

The English for High School programme is a three-level course designed for the high school language learning context. Students enter the course at a level appropriate to their ability. Each level is 10 weeks in length and is based on topics which incorporate cross-curricular themes and Australian cultural elements. Individual student needs are catered for at all levels.

We assist in enrolling students into years 10, 11 and 12 of our partner local High Schools (Stella Maris for Girls and St. Augustine’s for Boys)
